Von Eschenbach’s new role as an advisor to the FDA.

Saturday, October 31st, 2009

voneschFormer FDA Commissioner Andrew von Eschenbach has joined Newt Gingrich’s health think tank, the Center for Health Transformation, as an adviser.

He will lead the center’s “21st Century FDA Modernization Project,” which will look at improving the effectiveness of the FDA, according to a press release. Von Eschenbach, an appointee of George W. Bush, left the agency this year to retire to his home state of Texas while still doing some health-related consulting. His government work also had included heading the National Cancer Institute for several years.

The Center for Health Transformation project wants to speed up the approval of new drugs, which its spokeswoman said in a statement take 17 years to get to a patient. Doctors at the Public Citizen Health Group have said that 17-year figure is inflated and represents an industry viewpoint.

Von Eschenbach was criticized in Congress during the contaminated heparin disaster in spring 2008 for declining to request more money to beef up FDA inspections of overseas plants, such as those in China. No political appointee at an agency is supposed to suggest that the White House has been too cheap in its budget.

But von Eschenbach eventually found a way to do so, writing a letter in May 2008 to his friend, then-Republican Sen. Arlen Specter, saying that the FDA could really use a fast $275 million for such enforcement actions. He got the bucks.

Since von Eschenbach’s departure, new FDA Commissioner Margaret “Peggy” Hamburg has been trying to streamline the agency she inherited, by restructuring parts of it to put similar issue areas together and enhancing its speed and accountability, her deputy, Joshua Sharfstein, has said.

When pharmaceutical companies underwrite courses, trust suffers.

Patients trust their doctors to give them unbiased advice about the confusing array of new drugs and vaccines that hit the market each year. Do they work better than the old drugs and vaccines? What are the side effects? Do the benefits outweigh the risks?

What patients don’t know is that many doctors learn about these products at courses — some of them held in popular vacation spots — paid for by the very pharmaceutical companies that stand to make millions, even billions, from selling them.

In 2007, the pharmaceutical industry spent more than $1 billion to cover half the cost of doctors’ continuing education in the USA. Not surprisingly, industry-supported programs gave more favorable treatment to sponsors’ products than independent programs, an American Medical Association ethics panel found.

For years, this flow of money from drugmakers to professional medical groups has been one of medicine’s dirty little secrets. Finally, that’s starting to change, with no thanks to most medical societies. Critics within and outside medicine are revealing some of these arrangements.

The latest stir came last month, when The Journal of the American Medical Association reported that three major groups concerned with adolescent and women’s health received sizable grants from Merck, maker of a new HPV vaccine, to teach doctors, nurses and others about, yes, Merck’s HPV vaccine. The courses dovetailed with Merck’s marketing message and gave short shrift to the vaccine’s limitations and potential risks, says report co-author Sheila Rothman, of the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York.

The HPV vaccine, approved in 2006, protects against two sexually transmitted viruses that cause about 70% of cervical cancers. But it has limitations: Women who receive it must still get annual Pap smears to detect cervical cancer, and the vaccine is so new that scientists don’t know how effective it will be over the long haul. Yet, a course by the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, which got $250,000 from Merck, failed to address those critical points in its “Frequently Asked Questions,” according to Rothman.

The vaccine is also controversial: While it’s recommended for girls as young as 11, some parents are uneasy about vaccinating pre-teens for a sexually transmitted disease. Physician education could help address this sensitive issue. Instead, the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, which received $300,000 from Merck, advised doctors “to downplay the sexually transmitted infection issues surrounding HPV.”

Leaders of the three physicians’ groups insist that their courses are balanced and independent. They also argue that no other sources of funding exist for education. But many professionals pay to stay up to date, and doctors could chip in as well.

Education bought and paid for by drug companies is a blatant conflict of interest, no matter what its content. If doctors fail to change this system, they’ll lose their most important asset, a patient’s trust.

Side effects of Flagyl antibiotic. Another Flagyl victim. Message of love & strong family support.

February 21, 2008 my son, 18 at the time had a bad bout of diahrea that had caused him some grief for about a week and a half. So I made an appointment for him at the Family Doctors. The doctor recommened Mentronidazole (FLAGYL) 500mg. 3xa day 10 day. On the 5th day my sons life changed…..a high school senior football, wrestler, shot and disc thrower, top 10% in his graduating class just accepted at University of Michigan. My son suffered hallucinations, severe panic attacks, cranial pressure, vertigo, vision distrubances, depression, insomina, he has stretch marks that appeared 3 months into the posioning, brain fog, incredible pain thoughout his body.

We took our son back to the family doctor and they said now get this “He needs to eat more vegtables.” Well then our son had a severe panic attack so we took him to the hospital his heart was racing so they gave him some xanex and said we need to take him to the psychiatrist, from that we went to a neurologist. Well you can imagine nothing wrong…..he must have generalized anxiety because he is going off to college. We were so angry …..I would (and will)have done anything for him….I prayed to god that he give me my sons pain. Mike had many sleepless nights , lots of crying asking why me? I could not answer him ….I just kept saying I love you and we will get through this together.

Mikes first year at college was quite a struggle for him he almost dropped out being on xanex was not a good thing for him the toxic effect of the FLAGYL and xanex did not mix well together. Just starting the second year of college has been a little better he still has brain fog and terrible anxiety he said no more meds for him (xanex) he eats alot of organic food, hardly any meat unless it is antibiotic free.

I know that Mike is getting better each day….and I hang on to that thought everyday and I pray for everyone that has gone through this terrible ordeal themselves….And for the families that go through this with their loved one ……tell them and show them….that you love them with all of your heart , that you believe them and they are not alone. I cannot express this enough

Amoxicillin and Metronidazole Toxicity. Lady from England suffering extensive central nervous system damage.

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009

Comment:
Hello, I have been reading your blog and just wanted to share my story with you.  I am in the UK, and I have been floxed twice by an antibiotic. Not by Levaquin, or Cipro, or Floxin….but by a supposed safe and not such a ‘big gun’ of an antibiotic….Amoxicillin.  I had it in too high a dose, and mixed with another drug Metronidazole, and I believe this acts in exactly the same way as a quinolone.

I am suffering from my second case of acute progressive Central Nervous System Toxicity caused by what I now know to be either:

I have never had this diagnosis confirmed by any doctor, cardiologist  or neurologist, and have come to this conclusion from searching the internet for information.    I appreciate that patients who self diagnose from the internet or other resourses can be a problem for the medical profession; but in this case,  (as other floxed people know,)  I genuinely know  I have discovered what happened to cause my illness.

No GP will listen to me,  simply because it seems they firmly believe that a ’simple’ antibiotic cannot cause these long lasting arrythmias, insomnia,  parasthesias, neuropathies, altered brain chemistry,  and all the other severe mental and health problems that I have experienced.  Perhaps I am just someone who is a ‘poor metabolizer’…i.e,  my liver cannot break down the drug properly so it builds up into toxic concentrations.  Perhaps my alcohol consumption in the past has something do do with this.   Perhaps this drug was prescibed by my dentist without taking taking into account the prior ingestion of antibiotics and its cumulative effects on me.  Whatever the reason, I know my own body, and  know I have been poisioned.  Antibotics ‘kill life’…that is what the word means.   They kill organisms, and the human body is just one huge organism.

In June 2000 I was on a long course of Amoxicillin after dental treatment.  Approximately three weeks after finishing the course I presented at my GP  with numbness and tingling in the hands,  forearms and backs of shoulders.   I had tingling skin  – a creeping feeling on the skin like the start of flu -  muscle twitching, extreme muscle weakness, sudden parathesias, numb hands upon waking, insomnia, gastrointestinal disturbance,  ‘waves’ of weird electrical shocks through my body,  chest/sternum pain,  myclonic jerking, and head ‘explosions’,  severe panic attacks and palpitations.  I was told these were all symptoms of anxiety given Zisprin (an anti anxiety drug)   Over the next four months I repeately asked that my chest pain and heart symptoms be taken seriously but my heart was never listened to, nor was I given an ECG.   After a few weeks I began having what I presume to be mild seizures (awareness of eyes being drawn upward in head and biting tongue but being unble to
control it) and psychotic episodes (chemical imbalance in brain causing a series of crippling ‘panic’ attacks and feelings of impending doom and death lasting two hours each.)

Finally in August 2000 after severe palpitations and chest pain I was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit where I was told I had had a recent heart attack.  I was also told that I had an abnormal ECG, and there had been a major and unexplained electrical disturbance in my heart causing cardiac arrythmia and prolongation of the QT wave.  I was told I may need a pacemaker and given Propranolol.  After one week of treatment I was sent home.  I was also diagnosed with a bruit, and a heart murmer and told to take an anitibiotic prophylactic before any any invasive or deep dental procedure in the future.   I had various tests including echocardiogram and regular holter monitor testing.  In October 2000 my symptoms subsidsed and I gradually stopped taking the propranolol. Life got back to normal.

Starting in June 2009 I had at least three very long courses of 500mg Amoxicillin for dental abcess, followed by another long course of Metronidazole (Flagyl) after three dental implants, and three seperate occasions of 3mg Amoxil as prophylactic before hygienist visit for deep cleaning.    Little did I know that I was taking poision.  Approximately two weeks after cessation of these antibiotics  I began having the exact symptoms  as in 2000.  I then made the definite connection between my symptoms and  both long courses of strong antibiotic nine years apart.

I researched the internet, and discovered that strong courses of antibiotics (quinolones) can cause exactly the progressive symptoms I was having.  Although I has not ingested a quinolone, I had been on an extremely strong course of Amoxicillin and Metronidazole.

It is my understanding that strong antibiotics can cause a toxic affect on the acytlcholine synapse causing nerve damage and exitable cardiac nerve damage.

If my heart goes wonky again I doubt I will make it this time.  The worst thing of all is the fact that this poison causes progressive problems.  I’ve had the numbness and tingling, the weakness and the gastro intestinal problems.  Next month I will start the insomnia and phycoses.  Then…the cardiac arrythmia will start.

And the doctor looks at me like I am nuts.  I feel like I am in a living nightmare.

Comment from Tracy on her terrible ordeal with Levaquin.

Wednesday, October 21st, 2009

Got some Interesting info from a lady in Missouri, named Terry.  Terry was floxxed w Factive, bless her heart, as usual lots of problems, she identifies fully w Bob Grozier.  I feel horrible for her, she seems to think that her family is unsympathetic towards her current situation, wow when I read the stories about people who have been floxxed that have spouses or significant others leave them is heartbreaking.  Sooo unfair.  I went back to the Dr. That gave me Levaquin, and told her that I reacted badly to it.  I told her that I had been to probably twenty Drs., and, that they had all said, ” Levaquin doesn’t cause any problems “, she told me that my problems would be impossible to trace back to Levaquin.  I told her it’s not impossible for me to trace my problems back to Levaquin, at all, see before I took Levaquin I could walk, and now I can’t.  Rather than argue w her, I begged her to write me a prescription for an MRI, for just one ankle.  The MRI showed, osteoarthritis, a torn ligament, and six other skeletal injuries.  Based on the results of that MRI, she has now ordered an MRI on all of my joints.  This MRI is costing $19,400. take that Drs.  The day after I had the MRI, I took it to a new Dr that I had seen three times, he came into the exam, and he couldn’t wait to tell me that he had recieved a packet from Social Security, where I had applied for SS, he told me that he sent a letter to SS telling them that I was perfectly healthy, that according to my bloodwork, my numbers were better than his, he said he told them I didn’t deserve a day off of work, let alone a disability.  He was so proud of himself.  After he told me this, I handed him the results of my MRI, and told him that the other Dr. had ordered an MRI on all of my joints, based on the results of the first MRI, he got angry, and left the room.  He didn’t apologize for costing me my disability.  So arrogant, I will add him to my ever growing list of Drs. that I will one day report.  Two days later, I got a letter from SS, telling me that based on the Drs. Info, they were denying my claim.  I am a single mother, and we have gone six months w no income,  looks like it will be at least six more months.  I will be visiting the Congressman in two weeks.  I have an MRI scheduled for the next five days, had two of them done today. I”ll quit rambling for now.

Avelox and Cipro poisoning. Terrible suffering.

Avelox and Cipro “Did Me In” News

July 8, 2009. By Jane Mundy

Whitehall, PA: Bob Grozier lost a 20-year career as a computer programmer and became disabled shortly after taking the fluoroquinolones Avelox and Cipro. Grozier says that even his doctor took Avelox and had adverse side effects similar to his…

Avelox Victim“The drugs that did me in were primarily Cipro and Avelox,” says Grozier, who first took Avelox for one week before he was prescribed Cipro. “Nobody really knows how dangerous Avelox and Cipro are,” he adds. “I believe these drugs build up in the body and they have a cumulative effect.”

Grozier says he had an infection in his prostate gland and was prescribed the antibiotics in 2002. Just two days before his meds were finished, his ears started ringing and he contacted a pharmacist at Bayer. “He told me to finish the Cipro and the ear ringing would go away,” says Grozier, “and my doctor told me that it was Tinnitus and I just had to live with it, but then I had a psychotic reaction.

“I called my Mum because I was having hallucinations and severe panic attacks: I needed to get to the hospital, fast. I really thought I was going to die. I had blood tests but it didn’t show any drug toxicity—they wouldn’t believe me when I said it was because of the antibiotics; instead they sent me home with a prescription for Xanax.

Since that time I have been disabled with all kinds of mental problems. In 2004 I had a QEEG [Quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG) is the measurement of electrical patterns which primarily reflect "brainwaves"] and they found brain damage: 2 seizure disorders and encephalopathy of the brain. And I have organic brain syndrome. In other words, I have permanent brain damage.

After the QEEG results specialists finally agreed with me that the fluoroquinolones were the cause of the seizures and brain damage, but not before Mum and I looked for doctor after doctor: no one would admit, or know, that Avelox and Cipro caused me to have a complete psychiatric meltdown. I finally convinced my GP and coincidentally he took just one pill of Avelox and told me it caused severe anxiety, like he was wired on speed. He helped me apply for disability and now I am on social security benefits.

It has been over 7 years now and I still cry in pain every day–I’m on a lot of meds. Imagine drinking 1,000 cups of coffee and multiply that reaction by 500—that’s what it’s like all the time. I have extreme anxiety to the point of panic; my 12-year marriage broke up, I can’t raise my daughter and I had to move in with my Mum; she is in her 70s with a 50-year-old son who cannot function. The only time I leave the house is to see a doctor but no one can help me get better.”

Shirley, Bob’s mother, takes care of her son 24/7. “I have a bad back and Bob is even afraid to sleep alone so he sleeps in the bed and I sleep on the floor—there is no room for another bed,” says Shirley. ” And the constant paperwork involved with Bob’s care is unbelievable—it takes up so much room there is no place even to sit in our house.

“Bob tries to support other people that have been damaged by these drugs,” Shirley adds. “If I were younger I would sit at the White House until I got some senators to listen: these drugs need more warnings and they must be severely restricted. The health community should get a ‘Dear doctor’ letter.”

Bob Grozier maintains a website called www.fqvictims.org and he invites anyone concerned about Cipro, Avelox and other fluoroquinolones to contact him toll free at 1-866-360-4639, or e-mail fqvictim@fqvictims.org.

I talk to my close friend Bob G. every week on the phone. He has suffered terribly for seven years. Fluoroquinolone antibiotics have ruined his life just like they have for so many other individuals.

Flu shots. Benefit vs. risks.

Monday, October 12th, 2009

Most flu shots contain mercury, but few know it

Experts say vaccine’s benefits outweigh potential risk

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that almost everyone – including pregnant women – get the injection, despite written warnings from the vaccine manufacturers.

Citing an estimated 36,000 deaths a year from the flu and flu-related illness, the mainstream medical community, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Lung Association, says the benefits far exceed any risk from the shot.

In a typical year between 5% and 10% of the population will get the flu virus, resulting in roughly 200,000 hospitalizations, according to the CDC. The flu can be especially dangerous for very young children and people 65 and older. Elderly people account for about 90% of all flu-related deaths.

Simply stated: The flu shot saves lives, the CDC says.

Yet a growing number of doctors, scientists and citizen organizations, such as Safe Minds, the Coalition for Mercury-Free Drugs and Moms Against Mercury, say mercury in flu shots has not been proven to be safe and can be linked to neurological disorders and other serious problems. They push for mercury-free shots that are available in limited quantities but that few know about.

“Mercury causes tremendous damage to the brain,” said Paul King, scientific adviser for the Coalition for Mercury-Free Drugs.

Mercury is among the most toxic heavy metals and is known to poison the central nervous system, liver, gastrointestinal tract and other systems in the body.

About 80% of all flu shots distributed in the United States contain a mercury-based preservative called thimerosal. Thimerosal consists of 49.6% ethyl mercury, an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal that allows manufacturers to sell the vaccine in large, multi-dose containers without fear of contamination.

The Environmental Protection Agency and federal Food and Drug Administration have not set an exposure limit for ethyl mercury. The FDA says it’s continuing its efforts to reduce the exposure of infants, children and pregnant women to mercury from various sources.

The federal agencies have, however, set exposure limits for another organic and closely related form of mercury, methyl mercury – the type that comes from coal-fired power plants and is found in fish. They use that standard when estimating the safety of ethyl mercury.

Doctors and scientists debate the differences of the two forms in terms of how they affect the brain and body, but all agree: Both are toxins.

“Certainly it would be good to have no mercury exposure at all,” said Jeanne Santoli, deputy director of immunization services division for the CDC. “But there’s no conclusive scientific evidence that the amount of mercury one might get from a flu shot is linked with any neurological development outcome that’s negative.”

A typical 0.5 milliliter flu shot contains 25 micrograms – or 50,000 parts per billion – of mercury.

The EPA classifies a liquid with 200 parts per billion of mercury as hazardous waste. The limit for drinking water is 2 parts per billion.

Using the standards set for methyl mercury consumption – the kind that’s in fish – an average 130-pound person getting the flu shot would exceed the daily limit by more than four times. A 22-pound baby would get more than 25 times the amount of mercury considered safe. And doctors are recommending that many babies and children get two flu shots this season.

A material safety data sheet from Eli Lilly and Co., which no longer makes a flu vaccine, says effects of exposure to thimerosal may include “fetal changes, decreased offspring survival and lung tissue changes. . . . Exposure in utero and in children may cause mild to severe mental retardation and mild to severe motor coordination impairment.”

It does not state at what levels of exposure these consequences could occur.

The sheet is dated Dec. 22, 1999.

That same year, the Public Health Service agencies and American Academy of Pediatrics called for the reduction of thimerosal in all children’s vaccines as a “precautionary measure.” By 2001 it was eliminated from most vaccines, except for the flu shot. Converting to a preservative-free flu shot would take more time.

Effects uncertain

The CDC and National Institutes of Health have commissioned a number of studies looking at vaccine safety and any links vaccines might have with autism. In 2001 the Institute of Medicine reported that the evidence was inadequate to say whether thimerosal caused autism or other disorders. The issue warranted further investigation, the report stated.

Several other studies followed. In 2004, the Institute of Medicine reported that they couldn’t find a causal relationship between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism.

This September another study published in the New England Journal of Medicine was unable to prove a causal relationship between early exposure to thimerosal and neuropsychological outcomes in children ages 7 to 10. It did not address possible links with autism.

Amid all the uncertainty and considering that mercury is a known neurotoxin, several states, such as California, Illinois and New York, have banned thimerosal in vaccines – including the flu shot – given to young children and pregnant women.

Yet every day, in grocery stores, fast food restaurants, pharmacies, at work and elsewhere, people are bombarded with the message to “Shoo the flu” and repeatedly told “the best way to beat the flu is to get a flu shot.”

Nothing is ever mentioned about thimerosal.

Nothing is ever said about the manufacturers’ warnings for pregnant women.

In late October the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists reminded all pregnant women to get the flu shot.

“Flu vaccination is an essential part of prenatal care that provides protection to both women and their babies,” the organization wrote in a press release.

Yet the country’s largest maker of the flu vaccine, Sanofi Pasteur, in its own literature distributed in package inserts with the vaccine, specifically states:

“Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted with Influenza Virus Vaccine. It is also not known whether Influenza Virus Vaccine can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Influenza Virus Vaccine should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.”

The same warning appears on package inserts for vaccines that do not contain thimerosal.

Other flu vaccine makers include similar warnings in package inserts for both types of flu shots.

Novartis, maker of Fluvirin, goes on to instruct that the “clinical judgment of the attending physician should prevail at all times in determining whether to administer the vaccine to a pregnant woman.”

Yet physicians aren’t present at most flu clinics. So, many, such as Aurora Health Care’s Visiting Nurse Association, rely on information from the federal government and medical associations.

“The CDC recommends all pregnant women get them,” said Lisa Taylor, a registered nurse and clinical coordinator for Aurora Health Care’s Shoo the Flu program, which will vaccinate an estimated 90,000 people around southeastern Wisconsin this season.

The CDC cites one study supporting its claim that the vaccination is safe for pregnant women – a 1973 study designed primarily to look at tumors in children up to 1 year old whose mothers received a polio vaccination. It included a sentence stating that one child of more than 2,000 mothers vaccinated with the flu vaccine had a spinal cord tumor.

“It’s ridiculous,” said David Ayoub, a physician and medical director of Springfield, Ill.-based Prairie Collaborative for Immunization Safety, a group concerned about mercury in vaccinations. “It’s a big, big deception.

“Half the kids could have died, but the study never would have shown that because they were specifically looking for tumors,” said Ayoub, co-author of “Influenza Vaccination During Pregnancy: A Critical Assessment of the Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices,” published in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons in 2006.

Still the CDC defends the study, calling it “relevant” and says other studies also demonstrate the vaccine’s safety during pregnancy.

“If there was any evidence that this is unsafe in pregnancy, it’s likely the (CDC’s advisory committee) would not be recommending it,” said Anthony Fiore, a medical epidemiologist with the CDC. “It’s a vaccine that’s been given to pregnant women for decades.”

Fiore also acknowledged that not enough is known about its safety.

“We would love to have better data on flu vaccine safety in all types of persons,” he said.

Grass-roots groups, such as the North Carolina-based Moms Against Mercury, say it is just that lack of data that stokes their opposition to mercury-laden inoculations recommended for the masses.

“They are putting out a lot of false information about its safety,” said Amy Carson, founder of the non-profit group.

Some thimerosal-free

Vaccine manufacturers such as Sanofi Pasteur, MedImmune and Novartis say they’re ramping up production of thimerosal-free vaccines but don’t have capacity to convert all the flu shots immediately.

“Our ultimate goal is to be entirely (preservative)-free,” said Sanofi Pasteur spokeswoman Patricia Tomsky. “But it takes more time and effort to make single doses.”

A thimerosal-free vaccine costs roughly $3 to $4 more per shot, Tomsky said.

The Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services said about one third of its supply this flu season will be thimerosal-free. People need to ask for it, if they want it, health officials say.

But many people aren’t aware that mercury is in the flu shot.

“I didn’t know,” said Kate Strzok, a 23-year-old Oak Creek woman, as she walked out of the Piggly Wiggly where she had just gotten the flu shot. “Interesting that they don’t tell you.”

Levaquin victim in Dallas, TX needs help.

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

Here is a comment from Tracy who lives in Dallas, TX.  She has been severely affected by Levaquin toxicity. I have spoken to her a few times on the phone and she is a very nice lady. She told me that she has a sign on the back of her wheelchair that says  “Levaquin did this to Me“   She mentioned she has had many people ask her about this. She is making an effort to visit a congressman to see if something can be done about the great harm caused to so many people. Thank you for your hard work and effort Tracy.

Below is a comment from her.

Comment:
If there is anyone out there in Dallas, who has been floxxed, that has a Doctor, that knows, and understands about Levaquin toxicity, please contact me.  I live in a suburb of Dallas, I have been to ten Doctors in the last five months, none of them will read any of the literature, they have all told me Levaquin doesn’t cause any problems.  The Doctor that gave me the Levaquin claims, it would be impossible to trace my symptoms to Levaquin.  I could walk before Levaquin, I have about forty of the symptoms of Levaquin.  I need a Doctors referral,( w/ my insurance ), to go to a neurologist, and an Orthopedic Doctor. None of these ten Doctors will give me a referral to either, despite the fact that I can’t walk.  My number is 972-841-7043.  Tracywhiteside46@yahoo.com

Thank You,

Tracy
